In less than 24 hours my first book will FINALLY be released into the world! Today’s blog post will be my final thoughts before the big day tomorrow.
So here are my author thoughts the day BEFORE my FIRST book comes out. This will be written in the way my brain is currently running.
-AHHHHHH
-What if no one likes it?
-THE BOOK IS ACTUALLY GETTING PUBLISHED!
-What if I’m a terrible writer?
-Dude, I worked so hard on this. Go me.
-What if it’s the worst book ever written?
-No, I believe in myself. I am a strong, independent, awesome woman and I can only keep improving from here.
-14 must really be my lucky number
-I need to edit my next book.
-I need to write my fourth book.
-I’m soooo happy to not have to blog write every day for another book launch.
-AHHHHHHHHH
-My younger self is screaming along with me.
-I’m not going to be able to sleep tonight, it’s like I’m going to Disneyland tomorrow or something.
-I, Yvonne Lanot, will become a published author.
-People need to start giving self-published authors more credit, this was hard AF.
-When will my next book launch be?
-Dude, what if no one even reads my book?
-I’m a freaking fictional author. WTF?
-I’m scared but excited. I’m scared but excited.
-BREATHE.
-Shit, I need to record my next podcast.
-AND edit my next YouTube video.
-I HAVE TOO MANY IDEAS IN MY HEAD!
-Focus. I need to focus.
-Oh thank goodness it’s Friday tomorrow.
-MY BOOK IS GETTING RELEASED ON AMAZON, BARNES AND NOBLE AND iBooks TOMORROW! HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?
-I can add author to my resume now.
-Yeah, look at me now. OHH
-I need to stop singing that Chris Brown song.
-I can’t believe tomorrow the book that I worked for months on end is finally being released.
-I did this. I freaking made this happen.
-I am awesome.
-The Princess Center is officially going to be a published book as of September 14.
This is going to be the coolest day of my life.
And there you have it. It was all over the place, but I wanted you to know where my headspace was at today. I’m sure if you listened to my last podcast you already knew. But here you have it in writing.
