Two Places at once

Have you ever watched the movie A Walk To Remember with Mandy Moore and Shane West? It’s one of those Nicholas Sparks, will make you cry forever, book turned to movie?

Well if you haven’t, you should if you want a good cry. But for now I’ll just briefly explain a scene in the movie where West took Moore to the middle of this empty road and made her stand and place her feet in two different spots. When she opened them he told her that she could cross off being in two places at one time off her bucket list because she was straddling the state line. So after that moment, I had a huge obsession of being in two places at once.

So instead of Shane West bringing me to place, I found my own.

Key in me living in the Midwest and finding things to do here. Alex and I were in Omaha visiting the famous Omaha Zoo (PS LOTS OF FUN). And since I was here I was trying to find other things to do and so I found the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge.

Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge

I think it was cool to walk on this bridge that borders Iowa and Nebraska. Plus it was different and fun to be able to live out my dream of being in two places at one time. I did make a video for my Youtube channel! So check it out below!

Have you ever been in two places at once? I know I want to go to more places like this, maybe I’ll go visit four corners while I’m living here in Arizona. But comment below for any cool places you’ve been to where you were able to be in two places at one time.

And if you want to visit the address to find it is 705 Riverfront Dr, Omaha, NE 68102. So if you are near downtown Omaha it’s not too far from the city. It is also by a park so it’s also a nice relaxing place to walk around and look at the Missouri River.

  1. I’ve crossed over various stated boarders and stopped to take the obliqutary photo. But the coolest was standing on the Equator – being in both the Northern and Southern hemispheres at the same time.

  2. Love this and always do the obligatory photo too! Got to be done. Like Sally my fave is the North/South equator one.
